Data centre facilities availability is a key indicator for without the proper facilities, power, cooling and the computing equipment will not be able to operate. Data Centre Facilities represent the physical Enterprise Data Centre Facilities. Calculation / formula: Measured uptime ((Number of days in month * 24 hours) – (Sum of the Duration (in hours) of all Critical Facility Incidents in month)) / Total time (Number of days in month * 24 hours) x 100. Does not include scheduled shutdowns for maintenance downtime in calculation. Note(s): Trend should be interpreted such that an increased % represents progress towards achieving the target. Target: 99.98%
