This dataset provides annual information on work place harassment and violence occurrences reported by federally regulated employers to the Labour Program under the Work Place Harassment and Violence Prevention Regulations, which came into force in 2021. Data is presented in aggregate form, with breakdowns by federally regulated industry sector and by public and private sector employers.
