2025—Report of the Auditor General of Canada—Annual Report on the Access to Information Act
The Access to Information Act gives Canadian citizens and permanent residents, and any person and corporation present in Canada, the right to access information contained in government records, subject to certain specific and limited exceptions. The Auditor General must report annually to Parliament on the implementation of the Access to Information Act within the Office.
