This dataset presents the multi-year financial framework of the Government of Quebec as published in the Pre-election Report on the state of public finances in Quebec. This report is published on the third Monday in August preceding the expiry of a legislature, as provided for in the National Assembly Act. When the legislature expires in February, the report is published the Monday immediately preceding that expiry.
