Oceanographic data from stationary moorings deployed as part of the New Brunswick Coastal Monitoring Program. This Program is a collaboration between the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture, and Fisheries (DAAF), the Centre for Marine Applied Research (CMAR), Fisheries and Oceans Canada Gulf Region, and several third party field contractors. Usage Considerations: The Coastal Monitoring Program provides high resolution ocean data from around the coast of New Brunswick. Temperature, dissolved oxygen, salinity, and pH data is collected using sensors deployed on stationary moorings. A typical mooring consists of a line anchored to the sea floor and suspended by a sub-surface buoy, with sensors attached at various depths. Sensors are deployed for several months, and data are measured every 10 minutes to 1 hour. Station locations, summary reports, and data collection methods are available on the CMAR website (https://cmar.ca/coastal-monitoring-program/). Datasets and reports may be revised pending ongoing data collection and analyses. An automated Gross Range test was applied to the data to identify outlying and unexpected values. These automated flags were reviewed by human experts…
