GC HR and Pay - Union Management Consultation Committee (UMCC) on Phoenix, Technical Sub-Committee

Under the direction of the Executive Level Union-Management Consultation Committee on Phoenix, a joint union-management technical sub-committee (the sub-committee) was established to advance the mutual goal of identifying problems and recommending concrete solutions for timely and accurate pay activities to monitor progress, prioritize specific issues, and validate current or new solutions towards the stabilization of the HR-to-Pay continuum. This sub-committee brings together representatives who understand and have concrete experience with pay issues – from a practical and technical perspective. Membership is at the Assistant Deputy Minister or Executive Director/Director General level at minimum. The sub-committee meets at the discretion of the co-chairs, who will agree on the agenda for each meeting.
