Inventory of employer and union relationships in Ontario including employer and union names, collective agreement start and expiry dates, number of employees, labour legislation, industry and sector. This data is available on the Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development website under the Labour Relations Collective Agreements e-Library Portal. Section 90 of Labour Relations Act requires all employers and unions to file a copy of their collective agreements with the Minister, and the dataset includes, where available, only a listing of the copies of collective agreements filed, and does not purport to be comprehensive. The Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training and Skills Development is not liable for any amendments, errors and omissions in the dataset as the information is gathered as made available after filed with the Minister.
