Enteric Outbreaks
Update frequency: Weekly during the influenza season (i.e. when 5% or more of samples submitted for laboratory testing are positive for influenza). Accuracy - Points of consideration for interpretation of the data: The data was extracted by Ottawa Public Health from the Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care’s integrated Public Health Information System (iPHIS). iPHIS is a dynamic disease reporting system that allows for ongoing updates to data previously entered. The data extracted from iPHIS represent a snapshot at the time of extraction and may differ in previous or subsequent reports.
