Summerland Spatial Viewer

This is the live release of the Summerland Spatial Viewer, the District of Summerland's public facing main interactive GIS map. Launched on October 19, 2020, this interactive mapping application includes zoning, OCP designations, water and sewer main locations, fire hydrants, development permit areas, elevation information, parcel boundaries, high-resolution aerial photography and more . Users can explore the data, change the base map, measure, markup and produce prints and property reports. Highlights of this system include: · 2020 Aerial Photos with 10cm resolution · Printing capabilities with multiple templates of different sizes · Property reports for all parcels with a folio · Instructional Videos to assist with navigating , turning on layers , measuring , creating markups and printing . · A basemap gallery with over 10 options to choose from · Mobile and tablet compatibility
