Schedule B - Wellhead Protection Area: Kingston Zoning By-Law (2022-62)

Wellhead protection areas are areas of land surrounding a well, where human activities may need to be regulated to protect the quality and quantity of groundwater that supplies that well. Cana Wellhead protection area is a highly vulnerable water source. Dataset maintained by CRCA. City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw Number 2022-62 on April 26, 2022. The Kingston Zoning Bylaw regulates the use of lands and the size and location of buildings for almost all properties in the City of Kingston (all properties except those identified as “Not Subject to this By-law”).
