Municipal Address Feature Layer

This is a representation of the civic addresses in the City of Thunder Bay, as a point file. The original sources of data collection were CAD property layers, TBAY-CENTROID-ADDRESS, TBAY-CENTROID-ATR, and TBAY-CENTROID layers. Addresses are now completely managed in GIS. The dataset contains the following: REFNAME (Address type) PCL PIN (Main Property UID) TYPE (Property type) CTB Type (City owned property type) RSN (Address specific property UID) Address Qualifier (Address civic number suffix) Object ID Address Street Row type Complete Root City Province Address number Data was last updated July 23, 2026
