GC HR and Pay - Program Management Committee, 2024

The Program Management Committee (PMC) is the formal accountable decision-making body for the Human Capital Management Office around HR and Pay. The PMC is co-chaired between the Business Owner (TBS-OCHRO) and the Solution Delivery Lead (PSPC). PMC is responsible for: • Strategic direction for the Program; • Fiscal Management and cost elements of the Program (Cash Allocation); • Meeting the outcomes and the definition of success for the Program; • Removing barriers and managing enterprise risks; • Change requests that require this level of delegation; • Managing the performance on the pay administration benchmarking framework, including the resolution of legacy pay cases and the show back/cost back model; • Allocating team members and resources to each multi-disciplinary team; and • Ensuring the successful onboarding and adoption of departments. The Committee meets on a weekly basis.
