Notice Item 194 - Frozen Pork -Order Amending the Import Control List and Repealing the European Union Surtax Order: Serial No. 797

1.1 The purpose of this Notice is to inform importers of the July 29, 2011 Order Amending the Import Control List and Repealing the European Union Surtax Order. Item 194 – frozen pork from the European Union as specified in the Surtax Order has been removed from the Import Control List, and the European Union Surtax Order has been repealed.
