Bylaw No. 2023-37 The Municipal Heritage Property Maintenance Bylaw
The purpose of this Bylaw is to establish guidelines and controls to preserve and develop the heritage characteristics of designated property, and to prescribe procedures to monitor maintenance required to prevent dereliction of designated property.
