As part of a quarterly series highlighting trends in Structured Intervention Units (SIUs) within the Correctional Service of Canada (CSC), the current analysis examines SIU authorizations in the third quarter of the 2025 to 2026 fiscal year (i.e., October 1st, 2025, to December 31st, 2025). National SIU authorizations increased in the second quarter of the 2025 to 2026 fiscal year.
