Health Canada collects data on cannabis used for medical purposes under the Cannabis Act, the Cannabis Regulations and the Cannabis Tracking System Order. This data contains historical information since the implementation of the Cannabis Act as of October 17, 2018. Data categories include: average daily amount authorized by health care practitioners, data on health care practitioners, administrative data, data on medical cannabis client registrations.
