The Office of the Public Guardian and Trustee (OPGT) assists people with a variety of services, information and resources in the areas of: • Guardianship services. • Trusteeship services. • Capacity assessment information and court applications. • Complaints about guardians, trustees, and agents. • Advance planning. The OGPT dataset provides an overview of referrals received and adults represented by the Public Guardian and Public Trustee, as well as information on the number of minors trusts and deceased estates administered by the Public Trustee.
