Prevention and inspection interventions

The dataset contains prevention and inspection intervention files created from January 1 to December 31. The Commission on Standards, Equity, Health and Safety at Work (CNESST) focuses on the management of prevention by employers and workers and on the establishment or construction site of a prevention program or action plan. To carry out its mission, the CNESST carries out interventions in workplaces. The assignment of files to the inspector takes into account the organization's guidelines and prevention-inspection priorities. During their intervention, the inspector identifies the dangers and risks related to their mandate. After each intervention, the inspector records the results of the intervention in a report.
