Child and Youth Death Review and Analysis (CYDRA) and Death Review Committee Recommendations and Responses

The datasets on this page provide information about deaths reviewed by Ontario’s death review committees: Domestic Violence Death Review Committee (DVDRC), Geriatric and Long-Term Care Review Committee (GLTCRC), Obstetrics and Perinatal Death Review Committee (OPDRC), Paediatric Death Review Committee (PDRC), Patient Safety Review Committee (PSRC), as well as the Child and Youth Death Review and Analysis (CYDRA) unit. Each dataset contains a summary of the committee’s recommendations aimed at preventing similar deaths, and the organizations or sectors to which they apply, including (in some cases) their responses.
