--- This is a 5 Year Regional Report by court level, division and class, as represented in the Courts Dashboard. • “Scheduled Court Appearances” refers to the number of occasions when cases are scheduled to be before the court for a specific reason, such as the first appearance, case conference, trial, and sentencing. (* Note that not all scheduled appearances occur, and they may be adjourned prior to the appearance date). • Supreme Court criminal scheduled appearances are not currently available. • The extracts report the total number of scheduled appearances in courthouses across BC by 5 BC regions. • Fiscal Year datasets are available and are based on the scheduled appearance date.
