Alberta Oil Sands Greenhouse Gas Emission Intensity Analysis

This resource presents the Alberta oil sands greenhouse gas emission intensity analysis for the period of 2011 to 2024. Each annual issue of this report summarizes information gathered from compliance reports submitted by regulated facilities under the Technology Innovation and Emissions Reduction Regulation. Information contained in the report includes total regulated emissions, compliance position, and credit usage by sector, and a summary of historic compliance results from 2007 forward.
