RCMP Public Participation Toolkit
The RCMP Public Participation Toolkit is an evergreen list of resources with the purpose of enhancing trust and transparency throughout the RCMP when conducting public participation activities. The Public Participation Framework provides the RCMP with an Enterprise approach to fostering open dialogue by conducting participation activities with employees, members, Indigenous Peoples, collaborators, partners, and Canadian communities. A Public Participation Guidebook has been developed in unison with the Public Participation Framework to provide a condensed outline for leading participation activities. An Ethics and Personal Data Tool has been established to provide guidelines for collecting personal data and ensure it is being collected while maintaining ethical standards during participation activities.
