Audit of IT Application Portfolio Management

This internal audit is about the Application Portfolio Management which covers IT applications, the most significant technology component that departments are responsible for managing. The objective of the audit was to assess the adequacy and effectiveness of the management framework and processes in place to manage the department’s portfolio of IT applications throughout their lifecycle.
