Horse Racing Rulings and Reconsiderations for Licensee Violations

Investigations of suspected violations of horse racing rules and policies and the provisions of the Gaming Control Act and Regulation may result in penalties that are communicated in a Judge's Ruling (standardbred racing) or in a Steward's Ruling (thoroughbred racing). These violations can be appealed to the Executive Director, Racing Division, for reconsideration.
