Profile of People under Correctional Supervision

The Inmate Profile datasets contain information about all individuals incarcerated in a provincial adult correctional institution in Ontario for any duration in the reporting calendar year. Additionally, these datasets contain individuals’ consent statuses for the use of their race- and identity-based data for purposes of the Anti-Racism Act, 2017 (ARA); for individuals who granted consent, their responses to the ARA questions about Indigenous identity, ethnic origin, race, and religion are also included.
