__9-1-1 service (cellular coverage) __ The purpose of this information layer is to notify users about telephone respondents for 9-1-1 emergency communications. It indicates areas where cellular devices can be used, and identifies the emergency communications center that will be reached during a 9-1-1 cellular call. __Servicing emergency communications center agreements using an administrative emergency number (10 digits) __ The purpose of this information layer is to notify users about telephone respondents during 9-1-1 emergency calls with a 10-digit number. It indicates the emergency communications center that answers a call made using a satellite or wired telephone for areas that do not have cellular coverage or 9-1-1, and where the user must dial a 10-digit administrative emergency number. Information for both layers is captured and updated by the 9-1-1 and Emergency Telecommunications Directorate of the Ministry of Homeland Security. _Precision: The layers of 9-1-1 Service and Service Agreements are complementary. 9-1-1 Service is based on the municipal administrative boundaries at which cellular coverage has intersected.
