Sawmills

Contained within the 4th Edition (1974) of the Atlas of Canada is a set of three maps. The two main maps show the location and production classes of sawmills in Western and Eastern Canada for 1966. The third map shows this information for northwest Canada at the smaller larger scale of 1:15 000 000. These maps are accompanied by a supplementary text providing the number of sawmills by production class for 1966 and 1969 as well as the percentage of change from 1966-1969.
