The purpose of this Cyclical Enforcement (CE) project was to verify industry's compliance for a subset of the newly regulated vaping products against the requirements for toxicity labelling and child resistant packaging from the Consumer Chemicals and Containers Regulations, 2001 (CCCR, 2001).
