A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Slovak Republic in the areas of nuclear cooperation and taxation. This set includes an agreement on cooperation in the peaceful uses of nuclear energy, accompanied by annexes and establishing a framework for scientific, technical, and regulatory collaboration, as well as a taxation agreement aimed at avoiding double taxation and preventing fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital.
