A compilation of bilateral agreements between Canada and the Republic of Austria in the areas of social protection, justice, and taxation. This set includes a supplementary agreement to the Canada–Austria Social Security Agreement, an extradition treaty establishing the framework for the surrender of persons between the two countries, and a protocol amending the 1976 taxation convention to avoid double taxation and prevent fiscal evasion with respect to income and capital.
