Niagara Falls Urban Infill Tax Increment Grant Area 2026

The Urban Infill Tax Increment Grant (TIG) is designed to catalyze private investment and revitalization in key areas of the City. This program provides a financial incentive to property owners who redevelop, intensify, or improve underutilized sites within key areas identified within the Urban Infill Area. This is the most recent Urban Infill Tax Increment Grant area approved by the passing of city By-law No. 2026 - 005.
