Parking Standards Exemptions
These Minimum Parking Standards Exemptions are located within the Downtown, Transit Village, Rapid Transit Corridor, and Main Street – Place Types in the London Plan. Minimum parking standards shall not apply and are not subject to the minimum parking requirements in Section 4.19.10.a) and Section 4.19.10.b) of the Z.-1 Zoning By-Law.
