2040 OCP Airport Height Restriction Area

All proposed development projects within the Federal Aviation Zone are required to include consultation with Kelowna International Airport, Transport Canada, and NavCanada with respect to b uilding hei ghts as per Airport Zoning Regulations un der th e authority o f the Aeronautics Act.
