Growth Management – Active Development Applications

For growth management purposes, the active development applications dataset includes all active development applications as of June 30, 2026. Where multiple active development applications exist for the same development, only the most recent application is represented, resulting in a single record per development and preventing double counting of proposed residential units and/or non-residential gross floor area (GFA).
