Our Citizen Survey Measures

Resident satisfaction represents the percent of residents that felt satisfied with what the City of Hamilton is doing in providing and supporting services for the community. Engaged residents represents the percent of residents that felt the City of Hamilton engages residents in the decision-making process for City programs, services and initiatives. Resident input in decision-making represents the percent of residents that felt the City of Hamilton uses input from residents in the decision-making process for City programs, services and initiatives. The survey was completed online and by phone from September 9 to December 31, 2019.
