High Hazard Development Permit Area

The High Hazard Development Permit Area (DPA) is defined in Schedule H-1 of the District's Official Community Plan (OCP). A note on the map which is Schedule H-1 states: "If any discrepancies exist between the boundary identifying the High Hazard Area on this map & the 1"=500' scale maps produced as part of the 1982 Golder & Associates Study of the silt bluffs, the Golder & Associates maps shall be used to define the boundary of the 'High Hazard D[e]velopment Permit Area'."
