Cityworks Service Requests Custom Fields

A table of service request custom fields from Cityworks, the municipality's work order management system. The standardized fields and pick lists are based on the service request type (DESCRIPTION). The data is a compilation of custom fields related to service requests recorded in the Cityworks system. The custom fields serve to categorize specific elements of the request. This dataset must be used in conjunction with the Cityworks Service Requests dataset, REQUEST_ID can be used to relate the two tables, with a one to many relationship between service request and custom fields.
