Yearly counts of unique clients and or families identified discharged for reasons related to long-term housing. Date created: 15 July 2021 Update frequency: Yearly Accuracy: We have implemented a host of data cleaning and data integrity processes against the Homeless Individuals and Families Information System (HIFIS). However, with HIFIS being a service critical administrative web application, we cannot guarantee complete data accuracy at the time of its reporting and the data is provided as is.
