City of Kingston Floodplain as described in Schedule A of Kingston Zoning By-Law 2022-62. This feature depicts areas of study by Cataraqui Region Conservation Authority (CRCA) which have been denoted as 1:100 year floodplain or wave uprush along the shore of Lake Ontario. City Council enacted the new Kingston Zoning Bylaw Number 2022-62 on April 26, 2022. The Kingston Zoning Bylaw regulates the use of lands and the size and location of buildings for almost all properties in the City of Kingston (all properties except those identified as “Not Subject to this By-law”).
