2016 Census Commute Flows

The commute flow data is created as part of the Census. It provides insight to where people travel from (home) and to (work) for their main job. It can provide users insight into how commute patterns within Peel and with other municipalities currently takes place. Data is provided at the Census Subdivision (CSD) level for Brampton, Caledon, & Mississauga. It includes any record that contains a Peel municipality as the place of residence (POR) or place of work (POW). The table also provides the number of people travelling between municipalities as a total and by sex (male/female).
