Watercourse Protection Development Permit Area

The following guidelines apply to all watercourse and wetland setback areas as identified on Schedule C Natural Features. A Development Permit will be required for all development and subdivision activity or building permits within 50 metres of the top-of-bank of all watercourses and wetlands as shown on Schedule C Natural Features, other than in those circumstances indicated in Section 8.4 Development Permit Exemptions.
