Total Fire Incident Volume

Accuracy : To ensure accuracy and completeness, the Ottawa Fire Services conducts periodic reviews of fire incident volume data at various stages of the data collection process. Quality assurance processes may result in changes to incident volume data that has been previously reported. Further, at times, data must be collected manually, and is therefore subject to human error.
