Commercial Corridor Community Improvement Project Areas
The Commercial Corridor Community Improvement Project Areas (CIPA) are designated under By-law 21-163, as amended, and identify areas in which financial incentive programs to support area revitalization may be provided in accordance with the Revitalizing Hamilton’s Commercial Districts Community Improvement Plan (By-law 21-164).
