Transforming our online services: e-notifications
We are reviewing a variety of our online services and using service design thinking to improve them. Service design thinking involves learning about the service from the perspective of its users (both on the front-end and behind the scenes) and finding ways to improve it for both users through co-creation, iterative development and ongoing feedback. This results in a user-friendly, useful and relevant (hopefully delightful) service that both groups of users are going to use. For #ServiceDesignDay (June 1), we wanted to highlight the progress we are making on one such project: e-notifications. Through four phases, we are re-imagining how we provide e-notifications to the public and our staff.
