Neighbourhood Associations

Polygons outlining the boundaries of the Cambridge Neighbourhood Associations. The City of Cambridge provides many of it's recreational opportunities through the utilization of a Community Development Approach. This approach operates on the premise that residents of a particular neighbourhood are best suited to determine the recreational and/or social needs of their community. Volunteers from boards and committees to plan and develop programs with support from City staff and Neighbourhood Association staff. Neighbourhood Associations provide a wonderful variety of recreational, athletic and social programs right in your neighbourhood! Programs are offered at Neighbourhood Association facilities or at local schools.
