The Zoning designations are defined in Schedule B of the Summerland's Zoning . A list of amendments can be found in section 16 of the Zoning Bylaw . The corresponding bylaw number and adoption date are also captured in this dataset. The online information is provided for the convenience of our residents and clients and should not be used as a reference in decision-making when buying real estate, finalizing development proposals or seeking building permits.
