Chapter 20: Hazardous Condition Development Permit Area in the 2040 Official Community Plan (OCP) focuses on risk reduction at the interface between communities and the natural environment and is necessary to minimize threats to personal safety and property while ensuring protection of our sensitive ecosystems.
