Schedule D3 - Fourth Residential Unit Holding: Kingston Zoning By-Law (2022-62)

This is the holding overlay that applies all of the urban residential properties across the City. This overlay must be removed before 4 units can be built on a property. Once removed, the maximum number of bedrooms increases from 8 to 12 for 4 unit houses.
