Brampton Plan-Schedule 6a-Linkages and Enhancement Areas; Specially designated land that links one environmentally significant area to another to facilitate the movement of species in an ecosystem. Linkages and Enhancement Areas identify lands that connect natural heritage features and support the movement of wildlife, ecological processes, and habitat functions. These areas also provide opportunities for restoration and enhancement to strengthen the overall Natural Heritage System. This data is intended to be used in conjuction with other related mapping layers for this schedule, and may be impacted by other schedules, with consideration to the text of Brampton Plan.
