Parcels

Property lines designating a distinct parcel on a recorded subdivision plan or description filed with the Land Title Survey Authority, or through a property assessment. Data is updated on a regular basis; however, lot sizes, legal descriptions and encumbrances must be confirmed at the Land Title Office. The attribute for "PARCEL_ID" can be used with the separate "address points" layer to obtain detailed information such as civic addres, folio, PID, etc.
